[ Regarding Paul Ament-Gjenvick - Pemble & Associates and Bayport Marina ]
I worked with Paul in 1987 and 1998. There were several positions with different requirements that he filled in those years. In each position, he performed the job and worked with people extremely well.
I first became acquainted with Paul when he was working for the certified public accounting firm which handled our companies year-end tax and financial reporting. We were real estate developers. Paul learned about the business quickly by asking the right questions and thinking through the problems and situations of the industry.
During the time he was with the CPA firm, people in our company got to know and respect the work Paul did. We brought him into our company to handle specific projects and take some pressure off our accounting staff. Once again, with little supervision he consistently performed as an independed contractor. We purchasd new accounting software for our marine operation and hired Paul to get it online. We also asked him to slightly modify the program so it would be easier for our personnel to operate. The program was brought online and the modification completed in a remarkably short time.-
